Generate excitement and sales

As part of a broader program to engage and educate its front-line staff, Vision Source, a national optical franchise chain across the United States, wanted to include a reward program to generate additional excitement and to increase sales.

In partnership with The Fairlane Group, Friendefi developed a contest-based incentive program where front-line staff earn points for selling eligible products throughout the year. With enough points, staff can play an instant win game for the change to win merchandise. Similarly, each month top ranked practices can nominate their Most Valuable Players to play other instant-win games for additional prizes.

The program also includes annual performance prizing and is available to staff on both desktop and mobile.
